Content Development
BAND / ARTIST BIOs
Keep this short. Just a few sentences will sum up how you view and present your band — offer more than that, and it likely won’t be read. Keep in mind that many journalists prefer to use a band’s official bio instead of writing their own version of it, so providing a short and easy-to-read bio will increase the likelihood that someone will copy it and put it in print. (20-30 words)
ALBUM ART / BAND LOGO
Just like with your artist bio, many music blogs, journalists, and publications will be happy to include your official logo or artwork, but only if they have it. Providing official artwork and logos makes it easy for them! Help them help you! FYI - Having your graphic assets in multiple formats (jpg, pdf, png, svg) is a plus. We can help with that if you need it.
PICTURES
As a band or solo artist, it can be challenging to curate a collection of quality photos of yourself. You don’t need to be a pro to take some fun photos in your rehearsal space, but, for an official band photo, it can be well worth the investment. This service is not included in the Press Kit Package.

VIDEO
Post-Production editing is provided at no cost for the Premium and Deluxe Press kits.
MUSIC
Make sure the quality is there! Loud distorted rehearsals recorded on your phone might not cut it!
We also provide mobile recording services as well. This service is not included but can be quoted at a discounted rate.

Well, make yours count. Your webpage will have links to anything that relates to you — your YouTube channel, your Spotify playlist, and your social media. Also, other services like Bandcamp, ReverbNation, and Spotify each give options for uploading Press Kit assets like photos, short bios, logos, artwork, and so on. Basically, anywhere someone can find your music, you can use your Press Kit assets to customize and personalize their experience. While having a website makes it easy to text a single link to anyone who may be interested, the real magic is having your Press Kit assets available for download at your website!. You could have promoters go to your website and simply download your Press Kit. This is all included in the Deluxe Digital Press Kit.

We take your content (assets) and create a Press Kit master template. The template will be used for thumb drive duplication. We consolidate all your assets into a well-organized, stylized professional format. Once the master is created you can load it onto hundreds of thumb drives.
4-8G thumb drives are plenty big for Press Kits. Below is a link to a vendor that we have used multiple times, and make sure you get your band logo on them!
